Conceptual Design

After taking precise measurements on your property to ensure accuracy in our designs, we create an initial conceptual design that outlines key elements of your landscape. 

Client Review

This initial design is then presented to you for review and feedback. We welcome your input on materials and plant varieties as we shape the final plan.

Detailed Master Plan

Based on your feedback, we refine the initial design into a master plan. At this point, we finalize material selections and plant varieties according to your taste.

Comprehensive Estimate

We’ll provide a comprehensive, detailed estimate for the entire project and ensuring transparency and better informed decisions.

Construction Begins

Once a budget is agreed upon, we schedule construction to begin. Throughout this phase, you will be consulted regarding any on-site changes to the plan.

Meet Our Landscape Design Team

CARLE FACCIOLO

Every Seaside Landscaping design is created by our resident designer, Carle Facciolo. Carle has been employed in the landscape industry for over 30 years and received a Bachelor's Degree in Landscape Design from the University of Maine, Orono in 2002. He then worked at a large landscape construction firm in New Hampshire for three years as their chief designer/project manager before returning home to the family business in 2005.
